being computer challenged, how do I post my picture?

1. At the top of the forum, click My Profile (middle-click will open it in a new tab).
2. On the right side, click the little silhouette with the gear icon (see attached image).
3. Scroll down to the Avatar section. From here you can upload a photo or link to a web-accessible one.
4. Bonus: To change your cover photo, on your profile page, simply click the photo icon in the lower right portion of the cover photo.
5. Profit.

Check out the attached photo -- do you see the photo icon in the lower right part of the cover photo on your profile page?
